We're a small team that takes few projects, and gives them everything.
Sterkscapes is led by Tom Sterkenburg — a Melbourne landscaper based around the inner city, with three years of hands-on experience and more than ten completed projects — aiming high with the future projects and direction of the business.
Fully insured and ABN-registered, we work mostly with private homeowners on courtyards, gardens and outdoor living spaces — always with the goal of making something that gets better with time.

Listen
We meet on site, walk the space, ask too many questions. We want to know how you actually live — where you eat, where the kids run, where the dog sleeps in the sun.

Design
Concept, then refinement, then full plans. You'll see hand sketches before you see CAD. Material samples on the kitchen bench, not on a screen.

Build
Our in-house team starts on site. One project lead, one phone number, weekly walk-throughs. No surprises.

Sustain
After handover we offer ongoing maintenance — because a garden in year five looks nothing like year one, and that's the point.
